Refund Policy
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed and returned to your original payment method.
Returns
Our return policy covers 30 days from the purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items beyond this period.
To qualify for a return, your item must remain unused, in its original condition, and include the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Certain health and personal care products
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Sale items (only regular-priced items are refundable)
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Partial refunds may be offered for items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons outside our control.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you regarding the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t arrived, please:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as posting delays may occur.
- Contact your bank for further information on processing times.

Exchanges
Defective or damaged items are eligible for replacement. Notify us within 72 hours of delivery at support@musktoy.com.
Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. If the gift giver shipped the item to themselves before giving it to you, we’ll refund the giver instead.
Shipping
For returns, email us at support@musktoy.com. Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
Shipping times for exchanges may vary by location. For items over $75, consider using trackable shipping or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
